Outcome-first product leadership for complex technical environments. Specializing in the orchestration of agentic systems and the ethical governance of AI.
I build systems that bridge the gap between complex machine intelligence and human intent. As a Silicon Valley native with a foundation in Computer Science and Theater from Smith College, I approach product development as both a rigorous engineering discipline and a narrative art.
My career is defined by high-stakes technical environments. At Harvard's Berkman Center, I led technical development on StopBadware, a Vint Cerf cyber-justice initiative protecting internet users. My path continued with building high-scale Facebook games for millions of players with Jon Radoff, leading the award-winning digital transformation of the MBTA (a 2019 Webby Honoree), and serving as Director of Product Management at Woebot Health, where I specialized in the ethical deployment of AI chatbots for mental health.
Currently, as a Principal Product Manager at Amazon, I focus on the strategic orchestration of operations software at scale. My work centers on "Outcome-First" product management: defining the problem before writing a single line of code or a single user story. I operate at the intersection of agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and governance, building frameworks that turn autonomous systems into reliable business value.
When I am not defining roadmaps, I am studying music. Great products, like great performances, require both flawless technical execution and the ability to improvise. I am currently focused on the governance of autonomous systems and the future of fractional advisory for the startup ecosystem.
